Where:

2009 marks five years in the Tampa Bay area and our second year using the gorgeous new facilities in Pasco County.    The boys, girls and youth will all play Feb. 13-15th, 2010.

College Coaches & Recruiters:

The invitational showcase has a strong history of attracting top teams as well as hundreds of college coaches and recruiters each year.  College coaches tend to register for attendance 2-3 weeks prior to the events.  Our events draw an average of 300-400 college coaches per year. Players should always contact recruiters well in advance and let them know where they can be seen.

Housing:

All teams are required to use our approved housing and go through our housing process without exception.  Any teams that do not want to use our housing should not apply to our events.  Average housing cost for the event is $130 per night.  

Schedules & Times:

Games are scheduled to begin at 8am on the first day and are scheduled to end by 2:30PM on the final day.  All teams will have a three game minimum.  U13-U14 will play 30 minute halves and U15-U18/19 will play 35 minutes halves.  There is a minimum 2 game rest period between games. (min games etc all depend on weather and scheduling issues).  The tournament is scheduled to end by 2:30PM on Monday. Please schedule flights after 5pm on Monday for departure from the Tampa airport.  We are not able rearrange schedules if you planned an early departure.  Actual game schedules & brackets are released approx. 7-10 days prior to the start of each event.

Acceptance/ Registration Info:

Acceptance is done as "rolling acceptance".  In other words, you could get accepted as early as a week after you apply or as late as a few weeks prior to the tournament.  Applying early is always the best choice.  Please make sure that your tournament registration is as accurate and complete as possible.  Invitations into the tournament are received via email.    Please Note: NO TEAM will receive acceptance if the team registration payment/ entry fee has not been received.

Entry fee per team: $900  U15-U18

                                  $500  U13-U14

Trophies & Medals:         

Our event is a unique combination of a Showcase & Tournament format.  Even though the Showcase event is designed to showcase players for recruiters we still think a winning should emerge at the end!  Team Trophies and other items are awarded for every flight and gender winner(s) and finalist.
